Summer Singles Cruise Fun

— Shelby @ 11:27 am

These cruisers were so nice and so FUNNY!!! Our group of singles on this trip was a very creative bunch and a motley crew. We had a young lady named Johanna that travelled all the way from Australia to cruise with us!

We met for pre-cruise cocktails the night before the ship set sail – and started happy hour an hour earlier than scheduled thanks to the infamous Chuckster!  It was a fun night for all and a great time for everyone to get to know one another.  We went to the newly remodeled Clevelander where we met up with a few more of our cruisers – I almost bounced Richard on account that I thought he was trying to sneak into our group…my bad! Sorry Richard J

Once onboard, the ship was buzzing with excitement and I had almost the entire group at our New Cruiser Orientation. After meeting everyone, I could tell this was going to be a special group. They were all so friendly and everyone brought something unique to the mix.

Our activities were well attended and the Battle of the Sexes match was hysterical. Our Florida gals came in with T-shirts displaying Day 1 on the front and P.N. World Tour on the back……you’d have to cruise with us to know the abbreviation but it certainly had me in stitches! Speaking of stitches, we had our onboard nurse, Cathy, who brought our onboard comedian Debbie. In real life Debbie is an engineer but this week she was all comedy! Thanks for all the laughs Deb!

Less, our onboard Teddy Bear, hosted an informative wine tasting for our group of singles.  He has visited 141 wineries in 44 states! Our Chocolate and wine party also boasted chocolates from all over the World, even Slovenia! Thanks to Natasha.  Dance class was a hoot the Barks brothers can cut a mean rug!

Formal night was fantastic and when our uniformed passenger was asked if he was the Captain he coolly replied “no, but I’m the Skipper!” (His real name was Skipper!) We knew we were safe with Skip at the helm.

There are too many wonderful memories to mention on this trip but suffice it to say, I am incredibly grateful to have met so many wonderful people. You are now part of our SinglesCruise.com family and we are lucky to have you.

Till next time,

Shelby
