Just got back from Texas Ya’ll and our weekend cruise to Cozumel! There is no better place in the world to experience down to earth, bright eyed, good American folk! They are always “fixen’” to do something or “fixen” to get somewhere. I just love it.
Thankfully the “FAB FIVE” were in the house to greet our fun singles group! That’s Jocelyn, Ken, Lynn, Mark and Marlene. They sure welcomed Bernie with open arms. Before we even got on the boat those guys initiated him and he took it like a trooper!
We were all having a nice time getting to know one another onboard the ship and than V and Kathy started a game where you reveal secrets about yourself, and boy we sure did find out some secrets! The three musketeers were adorable and they certainly got some shock value out of us, and had the crowd roaring with laughter. We also found out that John was a professional pianist and he played us a beautiful tune that made our hearts melt.
During the first day at sea the GIRLS won our famous battle of the sexes game! Yippee! Kathy took home the ping pong award and Mike was a champ on the water slide races.
The beach day at Carlos and Charlie’s was heavenly… great water, great sun, and a great time overall. Kicking back during our last karaoke group party, we got to see Harry’s alter rockstar ego! We all sang Summer Lovin and did the Cotton Eyed Joe.
Too many great people to mention, I just can’t wait to sail with you all again.
