I had the pleasure of escorting this great bunch of people on our five day cruise from New Orleans. First of all, let me advise you to never let the size of a group at the time you make your reservations stop you from going! You may forfeit the chance to meet some very cool, fun and interesting people if you do. Although small in number on this particular sailing, we were mighty in spirit and everyone had a terrific time. It seemed everybody became really good friends easily and quickly so that the whole week was a riot. It may have had something to do with most of them getting to know each other prior to the cruise on our SinglesCruise.com message boards and making plans to meet up in New Orleans one or two days before the cruise.

We just got back from our singles cruise to Mexico on the Carnival Splendor, CCL’s newest ship, and a beauty she is!  They created this ship with all the best attributes in mind. The layout is fantastic.   

Off to Mexico to the fun-filled ports of Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Cabo San Lucas. The weather was only in the 60’s as we left Long Beach, a bit chilly for California, but by the time we reached Puerto Vallarta it was well into the 90’s!

Our 2009 European singles cruise was a great time had by all.  All of the singles in our group enjoyed vacationing together and seeing the amazing sights on this dream itinerary through the Mediterranean.  Check out next year’s Greek Isles and Turkey itinerary.

We started out in Barcelona. You can tell as soon as you land in Barcelona and take a taxi from the airport that this city is a magical place and I could not wait to get out of the cab, drop my stuff at Hotel Victoria and hit the street to take it all in.
