Hi thank you for your replys, all info is helpful. As I said I would be travelling a great distance to do this cruise and in fact from another country, so it is alittle scary to do all this online.
I would ring the States and talk directly to Singles Cruise to book as it is alot more expensive for me , therefore I need to make sure it is all above board which I am sure it is as everybody seems so nice and I enjoy reading everything that is written.
Are there many people who come from other countries or is everybody mainly from the States?
Does anyone arrive earlier than the night before the cruise or stay later, just thinking for me its a long way for a week so would come abit earlier and maybe stay abit longer?

Hi Chrissy Larry here. Its always a good idea to fly in txhe day before a cruise just in case there are any weather delays. SC does have a hotel they use as a pre cruise hotel where most people stay the night before SC does not have a hotel for a post cruise stay a few people might stay one night after the cruise . I am not sure how many people fly in from other countries sorry.

Chrissy if you do a hard search there have been several from europe but i think they mostly went to FL and i did read one from a person coming in from down under..

Jack is correct. There were a few from Austrailia. Also I have met some from London, Europe, South America, Mexico, many from Canada. It helps to speak English however.

Hi Chrissy. I've been on two cruises in the last two months and there were several people from other countries outside the U.S. Including Australia, UK, Serbia, Canada, Costa Rica, Norway. So, it doesn't matter, we all have a good time. If you are from Australia, though, speak a little slooooweer so we can understand ya! :) (of course, my Aussie friend from the Nov Epic cruise would just say back to me, bugger off!)

Chrissy, I have been on cruises with people who have come from London, Scotland, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and as far as Israel. It doesn't matter where you are from just keep an open mind and you will have a great time and meet people to cruise with again. I also was on the Splendor with John, Larry & others when it caught fire we had a good time. People from other countries usually do come a few days early or stay a few days later. If you sign up SC will have a private website for the cruise and someone creates a poll for people to list who is coming in when, where they are staying and what excursion they are taking. So you really get to know people before you are even on the ship.

Chrissy, The weather should be pretty warm during the day but cooler outside on the deck at night. If you google the ports you should find out everything you want to know about the cities. Or you can go on Carnival
's website and they usually have the average temps, rain fall etc.

I will be booking next week along with my friend Sandy who I have cruised with before after we meet up this weekend to work out the details!
