Fort Lauderdale, FL (October 24, 2016), the United States' largest organizer of hosted singles cruises, is proud to announce details for its first-ever singles immersion cruise to Cuba. Departing from Miami, FL, on June 25, 2017, the 7-night adventure onboard Fathom's Adonia will include three and a half days of shore excursions in the Cuban port cities of Havana, Cienfuegos and Santiago de Cuba. Time spent in Cuba will be a cultural exchange experience – part learning and part pure enjoyment – while onboard, guests will have access to all the exclusive events and activities included in every cruise.

Havana, Cuba:
The cruise includes two days in Havana – Cuba's capital, which is best known for the Spanish-influenced architecture of Old Havana. While in Havana, guests will visit historic castles, fortresses, cathedrals, mansions, art galleries, tropical cabarets, and more. While exploring the city, travelers will have the opportunity to savor coffee in Plaza Vieja, where a few questions may lead a local café owner to explain the role of tourism in Old Havana or demonstrate how coffee beans are roasted. A visit to San Francisco de Assisi Square will also lead to a discussion on the role of religion on the island with patrons of the square's beautiful cathedral.

Cienfuegos, Cuba:
The southern coastal city of Cienfuegos – also known to Cubans as the "Pearl of the South" – is recognized as the center of Cuba's sugar, tobacco, and coffee trades. Near the entrance to the city's spectacular natural bay stands the great stone fortress of Castillo de Jagua, built in 1745 to protect the city against pirate attacks.

Santiago de Cuba, Cuba:
Santiago de Cuba is the second largest city in Cuba, located in the southeastern area of the island. The distinctly Caribbean spirit of Santiago de Cuba is evident in every aspect of the city's cultural life. It is home to the popular festivals of Carnaval and the Fiesta del Fuego and many of the country's most famous musicians and artists, along with some of its most visited historic sites.
