Rick Logan (Montgomery, Alabama) has been on 12 Halloween cruises with and this year marks his 13th holiday cruise:

"It is always fun to see the creativity that cruisers put into their costumes that often tell a good bit about their personality. Also, a costume party is an awesome way to meet people. Shy people come out of their shells, everyone is taking photos, and almost all social barriers come down at these parties. I keep returning because traveling with a group of friends and some soon-to-be friends is much more enjoyable than just venturing out alone. I have done it both ways, and the experience has been nothing short of awesome."

Marianne Benedetto (Midland Park, New Jersey) says the Halloween cruise never disappoints:

"This will be my 4th Halloween cruise and my 7th cruise. The Halloween cruise is something to look forward to after the summer and before the long cold weather starts. Plus, Halloween is like being a kid again – dressing up and getting ready for a festive holiday season when we get back. I really believe it's an annual chance to catch up with all the friends I have made and I am looking forward to making many new ones."

Gene Schultz (Richmond, Virginia) has sailed on 10 Halloween cruises and says he is excited for the upcoming trip:

" goes above and beyond to make it a truly great experience and the staff has always been helpful. Because most of us travel alone, they provide many mixers to help you get acquainted with fellow travelers. I have met many people, whom I am happy to call friends. Now on my 10th Halloween trip, it's become a reunion of sorts, but it's still exciting to meet new people who will become friends as well."
